SynopsisSin City collects four different stories from the graphic novels written by Frank Miller, also known for Batman: Year One and The Dark Knight Returns. The stories are gritty, fast paced, and action packed. The stories come from, “The Big Fat Kill,” “The Hard Goodbye,” and “That Yellow Bastard.” There is also a short used for the opening and ending sequence based on, “The Customer is Always Right.” The short was based on a three page story. The stories focus on Hartigan, an honest cop with seeking to tie up one loose end before retirement. Next is Marv, a homicidal and demented person with a soft spot for the ladies that gets him in deep trouble. There is also Dwight, good guy with a checkered past and his old flame Gayle, leader of the hookers of Old Town and their fight to keep the mob out of their business. These stories make up a dark and deliciously disturbing film that has been met with rave reviews and major success at the box office. Cast
