Jennifer's parents got divorced when she was 9 years old. She was raised by her mother. His father John is an actor.

Husband: Brad Pitt, since July 29th, 2000. Her mother was not invited to the wedding. The couple bought a house in Beverly Hills.

Jennifer was born in Sherman Oaks, California and spent a year in Greece before her family relocated to New York City.

1978 Jennifer joined the Rudolf Steiner School's drama club and began her professional training as a drama student at New York's High School of the Performing Arts.

1987 She acted in Off-Broadway productions such as "For Dear Life" and "Dancing on Checker's Grave".

1989 She debuted on T.V. in the series "Molloy" (1990)

1994 She auditioned for the role of Rachel Green on the series "Friends" and got the part.

2003 Photographer Francois Navarre agreed to pay her $550,000 in damages for taking topless pictures of her as she sunbathed in her own backyard.

2005 Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston have decided to split after seven years spent together and four and a half years of marriage. “We would like to announce that after seven years together we have decided to formally separate,” Pitt and Aniston said in a joint statement.
