1976 Michael Moore founded the newspaper The Flint Voice

1989 Michael Moore directed his first documentary one Roger and I and later he produced the TV program The Nation.

1995 Michael Moore directed his fiction film Canadian Bacon

2004 The documentary of Michael Moore won a Palm d'Or at the 57 Film Festival of Cannes, France. Fahrenheit 9/11 revealed the suspicious relation among George W. Bush and Ben Laden, with which both have earned a lot of money. He also said that the war of Iraq was a lie, and that the attacks to the Twin Towers of New York was planned by the american government.

2005 Controversial filmmaker Michael Moore has one more chance to be elected to the Hall of Fame at his alma mater, Davison High School. So far, his nomination has been rejected all four times that it has come up for consideration. This, despite directing the highest-grossing documentary in film history, last year's Fahrenheit 9/11, as well as the Oscar-winning Bowling For Columbine
