1996 One of her first roles on tv, she played the role of Joey's girlfriend in the american sitcom Friends.

2002 Sofia was seen with Enrico Lo Verso at the Los Angeles Italian Film Festival 2002. Milos was a member of the Jury this year and Lo Verso received an Award.

2003 Paolo Conticini, Ornella Muti, Sofia Milos and Cristian De Sica acted in "Lo Zio d'America" ("The Uncle From America"). The miniseries for RAI, italian tv, that was filmed in Rome.
