Victoria Abril took dance lessons and then gave teaching lessons, which
motivated her to make her first movie.
1973 Victoria Abril debuted carrying out small roles in several productions of all types, with actors like Audrey Hepburn and Sean Connery, parallel to television, where she became presenter and hosted popular programs in Spanish television. Her teacher encouraged her to participate in her first film, in 1974.
After that, she was chosen by director 'Narciso Ibáñez Serrador' to participate in his famous TV contest _Un, dos, tres_ ('One, two, three'), and so she became well known all over Spain.
