Daniel Auteuil travelrf to Paris at age 20 where studied Dramatic Art with François Florent

1975 Daniel Auteuil debuted with a small role in the film L' Agression of Gérard Pirès where he interpreted the role of the boyfriend of Natasha, with Catherine Deneuve and Jean-Louis Trintignan. 

1979 He won the Gérard-Philipe award to the best young actor of the year

1986 Auteuil had his breakthrough playing the scheming farmer Ugolin in "Jean de Florette" He won a Best Actor César and a Best Supporting Actor BAFTA for his portrayal

1996 Daniel Auteuil won an award in the Cannes Film Festival, thanks to the film, Le Huitième Jour. 

1999, Auteil collaborated with Patrice Leconte on "Girl On The Brigde," playing a knife-thrower who embarks on a journey across Europe with a suicidal young woman played by Vanessa Paradis.

2004 He acted in Pierre Salvadori's film "Apres Vous" , that was presented in the Film Festival in Mexico

2004 Daniel Auteuil participates in the operation Photographs of the Stars, organized by Reporters Without Borders, an Association of defense of the liberty of press that gives financial support to the families of the 29 reporters that are in prison in Cuba .......
